Meet the Board:

JoAnn Cavallaro

President of The deCava Group, an executive advisory and consulting firm, JoAnn Cavallaro is an award-winning, results-driven executive who brings her strategic perspective and pragmatic approach to Waypoint Interactive. A proven leader, she has held executive management positions of CEO, COO, GM/business unit head, strategic planning architect and chief of staff.  Her strategic and operational experience spans multiple industries and transformational initiatives.  JoAnn believes Navigating Life to be a milestone for the disability community and represents the tireless progress made in the human services industry.

Dan Harrison

Over his 30-year career supporting people living with disabilities with both Waypoint Interactive and Nupath, Dan is well-known for bringing a creative approach to every challenge and opportunity. Since 2004 Dan has overseen the growth of his organization, NuPath, from a $3 million organization to one exceeding $24 million in annual operating revenue. Dan is enthusiastic about developing technologies and the role they will play in generating transformative outcomes for his industry, Navigating Life chief among them.

Dan Lannan

Dan is passionate about providing solutions for staff and families and believes Waypoint Interactive to be a beacon of inspiration for those looking to make a difference in the disability community. As Senior Vice President of Program Operations, he oversees all Day and Residential Services. Under Dan's leadership, the Day Services Division has expanded to three locations with increased support in job placement services and employment training, Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS), Day Habilitation and Autism support.

Greg Morris

Greg brings over 20-years of extensive high-tech industry knowledge to Waypoint Interactive and has been an instrumental leader in developing and implementing innovative solutions for the Organization, specifically towards Navigating Life. Greg demands only the highest quality outcomes for staff and program participants, seeing Navigating Life as a testament to his team's collaborative efforts and dedication towards providing a communications solution for all.

Julie Santosus

Before joining Waypoint Interactive, Julie spent 14 years in senior leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, leading diverse teams focused on private equity partnerships and portfolio investments. She then served as the Treasurer of the Board of Special Olympics of Massachusetts and was selected for their Executive Committee subgroup focused on advising the organization through COVID-19 challenges. Her compassion and determination brought stability and security in a time of crisis as she brings that same level of dedication to Waypoint Interactive today.
